James Lagden

In the Radwinter 1841 census, James is a shepherd. They are living at Savills.
He also has Robert Lagden, aged 20 staying with him - his brother? Robert is also a shepherd.
In the 1851 index, he is aged 44, living at Stock Mill Green, a shepherd.
Also living with the family is William Morgan, aged 9, who is a nephew. More to follow on this. William is shown as a pauper; born in Radwinter
In 1861, James is a widow, aged 54, with daughters Sarah and Ellen. Living at Stocking Green, a shepherd.
In 1871, he is an 64 year old widow, still living with son George at Stocking Green, Radwinter. They are both Shepherds.

James married Susan Wright on 1 Nov 1827 in Wimbish. (Susan Wright was born about 1804 in Wimbish and died before 1861.)
