In 1830, there is a Richard Thomas Lagden Banks born, he later shows Richard Thomas Lagden as his father. I need to add the 1841 census detail to list his housekeeper at this time, who is mother of Richard Thomas Lagden Banks.
In 1849, his son Richard marries, and Richard the father is listed as a Farmer
In 1851, Richard is a farmer of 220 acres employing 12 men. Also living with him is his neice , Elizabeth Littlechild - his 21 year old housekeeper; and also his nephew Henry Lagden who is 20, a Farmer's son.
In 1861, Richard is in Kelvedon Hatch, a Farmer of 20 acres employing 1 man. He is unmarried. His neice Elizabeth Littlechild, aged 22, and also unmarried is his housekeeper.
He dies in August 1866 leaving a considerable amount of wealth to his extended family.
