In 1891 census, an interesting family reside at Town Hill Cottage in Brentwood. There is Isaac Mills and wife Emma (33 and 28 respectively) plus a lodger and two brother-in-laws. These are Harry / Henry Lagden aged 20 and Richard Lagden aged 16.
In 1901, I have a Richard aged 24 now married and living in Cromwell Road, South Weald.
In 1911, living at 78 Cromwell Road South Weald. He is aged 33, and married for 14 years. Of 7 children born, 4 are alive in 1911
Richard married Rosetta Warner in 1897 in Romford. (Rosetta Warner was born in 1880 in Brentwood.)
