Sarah is my three times great grandmother; who is born in Doddinghurst in 1792. She is the daughter of Henry Lagden and Sarah Martin.
She marries John Litttechild in June 1819, at the age of 27, also in Doddinghurst. Their first son, John, is born in August of the same year.
In 1851, Sarah is aged 55, and living at Wishfields in Kelvedon Common with her family.
Sarah is the sister of Jeremiah and Richard Thomas Lagden, both very wealthy farmers.
Sarah married John Littlechild, son of William Littlechild and Rose Batt, on 10 Jun 1819 in Doddinghurst. (John Littlechild was born about 1796 in Navestock, christened on 10 Jan 1796 in Stapleford Abbots and died on 28 Oct 1868 in Doddinghurst.)
