Francis Crabb

In 1841, living in Doddinghurst with parents and brother john.
In 1851, we have a Francis Crabb, aged 40, a widow. He is living at Wishfields, Doddinghurst.[This is probably the correct person, but ages are not very accurate at times!!]
In 1871 he is living in Doddinghurst.
In 1881, he is living at Junction Road, Brentwood as a gardener with his son and grandchild. He is a widower by this time.
In 1891, he is a widower living in South Weald,on his own, aged 70. Next door is his son and family.
He dies in 1899 aged 81.
Francis married Sarah Ann Littlechild, daughter of John Littlechild and Sarah Lagden, in 1846 in St Dunstan, Stepney. (Sarah Ann Littlechild was born on 23 May 1824 in Doddinghurst and died before 1881.)
