My mother, is currently still alive, albeit with alzheimers (2009). She married in 1948 to KenWilding, and has four children.
She was educated at Crowlands school, London Road, Romford. Her headmaster was later at Mawney Road school, where I recieved my early education.
She never worked much during her life, although she was often to be found involved in charitable work, e.g. the WRVS and later the Havering Talking Newspaper.
Living married Kenneth Wilding, son of Robert Wilding and Ethel Maud Littlechild, on 10 Jul 1948 in St Andrews Romford. (Kenneth Wilding was born on 30 Jun 1924 in Romford and died on 10 Apr 2003 in Hornchurch.)
