  General Notes:

I was born in 1959, in Essex. I moved to Romford at six months old, to 27 Marks Road, Romford. I spent the early days of schooling at Mawney Road, and then fortunately I went to a decent school - the Romford Technical High School.
Life has been good ever since; I completed an OU degree in 1996, and now work at the University of Essex.
